Shipping Info

*Please note: we cannot prioritise orders after an order has been placed. This is important for orders placed before imminent events. Please contact our team before placing the order.
 For all orders outside of the UK, we ship under DAP (Delivered At Place) Incoterms. This means that while we handle the transportation of your goods to the designated place, the customer is responsible for the clearance of goods, including any associated customs duties, taxes, and charges.


Dispatch and Delivery
1. Once your order has been placed you will receive an order overview confirmation. 
2. Dispatch time:

- 10 units or less: Please allow 72 hours for dispatch.
- Bulk orders, Over 10 items: Please allow 7-14 days for dispatch.
3. Invoices can only be raised once orders are dispatched and will be emailed separately. These will then be available in the account section of the site. 
 
Couriers
Please be aware that our service may not be a named delivery service. Couriers will vary depending on destinations and availability. Anyone at the designated delivery address may be able to sign for your delivery. We will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for in a building, for example, an office address that has been provided for delivery.
 
Please ensure that when placing an order:
1. The country of shipping destination is selected correctly. This is to ensure no extra charges are applied at customs.
2. The correct Shipping and Billing address are entered. 
3. The correct billing currency is selected.
